Same here im using 3 wifi router to cover my whole house without blind spot.Now thinking of buying mikrotik hap ac lite as per soonwai recommendations

Suspect device compatibility is causing ping time out here. At least for my case. Try you use smartphone and test directly see.
Use command prompt at Windows. Or PingTools if you have Android device.

I bought the digi prepaid to test the speed first before buy the infinite. Ran the speed test throughout the house and got a good speed around 15 - 20 mbps. And my thought is, 'nice speed'... so I proceed with the purchase, and the sim card converted to infinite within an hour.

But, little did i know that time also play a major role in speed..........

and now anytime past 8 pm the speed crawling to 1 to 2 mbps, sometimes spike to 5 mpbs, but cant hold consistently. its been 2 nights like this. Cant even streaming properly..

Can complaint solve the issue? what's the most effective channel to complaint?

This is average speed inside my house, probably because I live in apartment. I can easily get 30-40Mbps outside.

Antenna inside the house just standing on the table facing the window.i find it works better away from window metal grill. Just put it inside where it has a clear view of outside and it should be okay.im in a kampung area where there are lots of trees.but still got good signals and my e5186 is in full signals.

hv you try to move your device close to windows and test it out?
probably can get people to borrow external antenna to test out...

Facing same unstable speed issue here with full bars 4G coverage. I don't think improve signal with antenna will help if you already have max and strong signal. That issue needs to be solved by Digi.

Nope. Digi network team never get back to me. I believe too many complaint to handle. Or this is a known issue that can't be solved in short time. So keep delaying on me.

Anyway, filed complaint at MCMC. Let's see how this go...

There may something can tune for better connection.

Not recommended unless you install it correctly. LTE is much more complicated, unlike 3G. You are better off try to place your modem at a better place.

I will use the antenna like this and call it a day. Even Cisco use this kind of antenna.

LMR400 is great but it is overkill for short run 1-3m. It may tear the antenna port out from your USB modem as it is really heavy.

I recommend LMR240. LMR400 is commonly used for in-building coverage by telco.

My i150 connection is very stable after i connect using ZTE MF93D borrow from friend 

No more download speed skyhigh and then drop to zero.

Waiting for the omni antenna to arrive, if my MR3420 v2 + sierra 320u still failed by that time, then kena tukar setup already

Yep, those problem connection unstable solve after i connect using MF93D 

This one is the highest i get with MF93D after few speedtest yesterday, my ping usually in 30-35 range only.



In the morning, my steam download show the highest download peak goes up to 3.7mb/s

For me, anything faster than my 2mb stimmix is fast!
