I order AMD Athlon X2 4400+ from kingmaker_20 in January, seller state that ETA 10-17, but he failed to delivery on date, after that he promise will delivery not more than 21 days, also failed, again he promise before Chinese new Year, failed again. Now 50 days pass still not delivery, to the worst he refuse to online or do any reply 11 days from now.


I'm here to request admin provide me kingmaker_20 (Noel irwing) personal detail such as home address, telephone number or IC number, i need those information to complete my polis report or find a solution by my own way. He is safe trader from Lowyat forum, i'm sure that admin sure got his information.


Anyone or Admin who can provide me the above information will be appreciate.

bro... so far i've dont few deal with him, no prob, u need to understand, this is bulk sell not on stock sell... he order from outside, and it take time to arrive, one more in bulk sell seller need to wait to minimum moq full listed then he can make the order unless the cost will more higher...

1st of all, kingmaker_20 is a friend of mine, it's not about safe trader tag, it's not about ffking case, it's not about con case, TS, do you what BULK order is? do you even know what MOQ is? ok, if indeed, kingmaker_20 supposed to send out the item, did you ask him politely? IMO, ask him even everyone in good manner, result to good feedback, even though same Q, again and again and again - because why, kingmaker_20 also send my item late from schedule and not to mention he forgot the important part of my item , but i think it's acceptable considering, he's alone doing this BULK...

Yaya, u r right ! by jugdging my date of joined, i suppost know nothing about BULK order and MOQ, and even never bought or bought less than 10 items in Bulk order.

closing date =22 January 2007, if not reach Minimum Order Quantity, what for closing date ?

ETA =10-17 days, if middleman/seller unable to do it, don't write this statement to misunderstanding ppl. He can just simply write ETA 50-100 days and let buyer decide, right ?

Seller did promise me not more than 21 days for my item arrive, after that promise again before chinese new year. You are right again, by using 'BULK order' term, seller/middleman can void their promise, genius.

Seller did state that parcel already arrived at Fedex Penang at February 15. I know that u will say sometime need 1 month or more to declare in malaysia, sorry ! maybe i'm noob but i'm not stupid.

50 days pass from closing date, 11 days seller not online nor reply any thread, what u expect me to do, u think i like to go polis station ?

Anyway seller promise to refund my money yesterday, so the problem solve, case close, peaceful okay ? If u really support the seller, just let this issue dissapear in peace way, okay ?

just what running in my mind ya.. no offence to anybody.

let say ok the bulk is at dec, closing date at 31 Dec
the product is 1GB DDR2 ram.
ok the bulk price is RM330 (consider cheap right?)
ok then i will full payment and hope get the ram soon.

ETA =5~10 days (counting on closing date) (in that time if the buyer get the RAM, wa what u thinking "yes finally i got the ram so cheap, nice")

but after a long delay sumthing like 30days, the RAM price drop like maid, now day RM235 for 1 piece DDR2 1GB
in this period time, maybe the buyer can use the money and earn sum extra bug.

ok at last the buyer got nth, csz the bulk seller cancel then deal.
what wont the buyer feel?

the case like,
i buying 1 thing worth RM10k from a seller,
the seller say u have to full down payment 1st,
seller promise the buyer u will get the stuff within 1 month time.
ok after ETA time (1month) the seller say im sorry, the stuff is out of production. So i refund u the RM10k

like this what i was flashing in my mind, i rather put that RM10k to bank and get fix interest then i will get sum extra interest rate.
then blame myself why use the Rm10k with no profit ma right?

once again is my opinion no offence to kingmaker_20 and wlteng

yeah, it's his fault organizing bulk ...and he didn't mean to give such a burden to you guys

Already refund to wlteng and thanks to you guys for clearing things up but i don't agree with pip_x.Why shouldn't i organise bulk?i've made alot of bulk possible in this forum since 2004 and this is the only one delayed because of some personal matter and middle man's eror.The personal matter just poped up few weeks ago and how do i know that?TYhink before say anything.
