I knoe that the support for xp was ended recently, but Apple had fixed that and released a new version of itunes and is suppose to work with xp.

I have tried a few versions of the itunes, which one of it, the source was from apple's site.

After installation, itunes can launch, but cant sign in. Tried in two different rigs, xp and w7.

This is what i get :

Anybody recently installed itunes in w7 or xp ?
