Same thing , when TNB have need for electric cable , that when they got straight path through the forest , terus pull cable through without even checking for possible elephant crossing or not making the towers higher to save cost..

Definetely the TNB is at fault to pulling their cable through that forest ..

But one life can be saved if the animal is abit careful of their nyawa ..
