Dont know when i go down fully my breathing stuck awhile so i have to stop my push up,it like the lungs block the oxygen.

Breathing ada betul? Exhale when you are exerting energy. It is always the way.

Practise incline push up. Squeeze your shoulder blades back while opening your chest.

sigh........

even a baby knows how to breathe.

you are just thinking too much. stop focusing on breathing and just push up. your body will teach you how to breathe on its own.

Are you running out of breath because you're tired? Or suffocated because the floor is too close to your face?

breathe in when going down.
breathe out when going up, key is thru the mouth.

shouldnt be breathing in anymore once u are at bottom, unless u are dead tired.
