ARGHHHH I'm stuck at my last 1.67% and i've got no idea what could be it...

Does anyone has any idea which element contribute exactly 1.67%?

I know friend activities are the most likely one but i already repeated all bruce, packie and jacob activities and also beat them in all available games... uh... if there is other possibility i would like to try it first before repeating the friend activities again...

Hidden package worths 2.5%, now my progress is 95.83%, so after settled the pigeons, it'll be 98.33%, that leaves 1.67%... which i don't know what the hell is it... but it is highly likely it is the one of the 3 friends required for 100% completion... argh guess i'll just have to redo all 3 and see how... i don't wanna do the pigeon first becoz i scare the 1.67% is forever unknown to me, makes me no way to get 100% then the efforts of shooting 200 freakin pigeons will be wasted...

After 100% it'll be online time! My 12-months gold card from PA has just arrived!
