By entering your gamertag you agree to abide by these Official Rules and any other terms and conditions referenced in these Official Rules.

1. Eligibility
This promotion is only open to valid Xbox LIVE accounts registered in the following locales: Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore

2. Promotion Period
To be eligible for the promotion, you must play the GTA IV Xbox 360TM video game with your registered gamertag on the launch day. The launch day is 29th April 2008, but may be subject to change without prior notice.

3. How To Enter
To enter, you must have access to an Xbox 360TM video game and entertainment system, the GTA IV Xbox 360TM video game, and an Xbox LIVE Silver or Gold membership in good standing. Once you have verified that you meet these system requirements, you must do all of the following:
(1) You must register your gamertag between March 20, 2008, and April 20, 2008 on Xbox.com.
(NOTE: You must register on this web site using the same Xbox LIVE gamertag that you will use to play GTA IV on the Xbox LIVE service). Please be sure that your Xbox LIVE account membership information including e-mail address, mailing address and phone is correct and current.)
(2) On the launch day of GTA IV, you must log onto Xbox LIVE and play GTA IV.

4. Winner Selection / Prizes
All registered gamertags fulfilling the above requirements will win 500 Microsoft Points. The Microsoft Points will be emailed to your email address as recorded in your gamertag account information. Please allow up to 4 weeks after the launch date of GTA IV for fulfillment of the Microsoft Points.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted, except that Microsoft reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event an offered prize is unavailable. Taxes on the prizes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Any and all guarantees and warranties for merchandise prizes are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty or guarantee claim.

5. General Conditions
Promotion entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Microsoft, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Promotion.

6. Internet
If for any reason the Internet portion of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion. In any such event, Microsoft, at its sole discretion, will select the winner(s) from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such termination, suspension or cancellation. Microsoft assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Microsoft is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Microsoft on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Promotion.
