how is the different terminals have to do with the cash back?

the payment was made at the supermarket (groceries) section. payment was done by principal card (husband's), the CS didn't let me check further as it wasn't my card, im only holding supplementary card tongue.gif

will update if my husband is willing to call and check with CS
