hi sifus, is the quantum cards rebate calculate per calendar month or billing cycle?

i read it but too complicated to understand... so need to ask for help to fully understand...
- so only registered once. understand.. - so can combine all types of cards... both signature and quantum can combine all transactions... this is what i understand.. is it correct? |
