Does anyone know Visa Signature cashback cap at RM50 is combined for both principal & supplementary card? Or the RM50 cap is for each card?

May I know how to add my supplementary card in my PBe account in order to check the transaction details online? Do I need to call up or go to PBB branch to do it?
