Just activated my quantum cards yesterday. I just tried to purchase AXA travel insurance online with my Quantum MC but failed. Seems like still got alot of merchant banks still not recognising this card. What should I do?

Error message from AXA website was "Invalid credit card or foreign credit card. Please use another local credit card.Please contact AXA Assistance for immediate assistance (603) - 2142 0399"

BTW, anyone know whether CB is calculated based on transaction date or posting date? Thx!

i also emailed PB, AXA and AXA's online payment service provider. So far no response.

i would like to ask for those quantum card holders, does your monthly statement include transactions for both cards (MC & Visa), as in one statement? Or is it separate statements for MC & Visa?

I just got hold of my cards two month ago and my first statement only had transaction from my MC as i did not use the Visa card in the first month.

However, my second statement still showed transaction from my MC only even though I've used my Visa card by then already. And the transaction date for my Visa card should be covered by the second statement period. I end up paying for the Visa statement balance by referring to the balance stated on my PBe Online.

Also, when you guys make payment. Do you pay twice in separate payment to MC and Visa? Or can I just pay the full amount (MC + Visa) into one account number (eg. MC).
