PBB is quite fast and efficient in application, submitted my VS application last Friday evening, they just called me regarding my application ( they can only offer me platinum card because my annual income is only 99k  , not eligible for VS ), i told them give me quantum visa/ mastercard instead and they will proceed to process my application, hopefully can join PBB thread soon

My card is being forwarded to the relevant department for review again. I don't think I will make it through but still hoping for miracles.

No Quantum means cannot apply VS already for now.

err u submitted the form for which card? quantum or vs or both?

to be extra sure, call CS to find out exactly which card got approved.

happened to me earlier, got approved sms, when received​ the card, if was PBB Platinum card.

another way is check is PBe. click Add Card to see what card has been associated to ur NRIC. if no PBe, just call CS would do.

my friend who just gotten VS via RP, immediately gotten the voucher without any spending requirements. not bad

Applied the quantum card through email on 25th Apr, approved on 2nd May, physical card arrived on 5th May. Very efficient I can say.

Yes , need to apply for separate statement if you want separate RM50 ( MAX) cashback a month.

I was just thinking to know the reason for rejection, since I read before someone who got rejected and got BNM to involve to know the reason. Itu saja.
Of course I know it is up to banks' discretion la.

Anyway, I'm done with PBB. End of Dec 2015 rejected, April 2017 still rejected. That's it, I will not try for the third time anymore. I will not even consider taking up their housing loan in the future. Like my friend in Maybank mortgage said, PBB is unique and has its own way of assessment. I guess she is right.

Gotta find ways to maximise my cash back. Luckily I still have other cards.
