Did CS comfirmd you that shoppee will not be counted as online transaction? Did you ask for rectifications?

If u have read more thoroughly u will know that most of us call Ms.Ying and got back our CB.

If u know some of us called ms.ying n got our CB, why still ask ppl to call CS n see what they said which we already did.

Good for u then while we got CB for our Shopee.

Anyway, I didn't speak to Ms Ying either, but I emailed the general CS email and got replies from various people, all saying my cashback would be credited in next statement.

In my experience, telephone CS got all sorts of different information. Writing gives you an email trail in case of dispute, and you can keep following up without incurring a single cent.

uobpayonline + syabas = recently eligible because it doesnt show "syabas" in the description, which PBB couldnt detect  [tested here]

paying thru uobpayonline DOES NOT guarantee eligibility because different payee will reflect different description on your pbb statement, and the cb detects specific list of descriptions to be excluded from cb (apart from MCC detection).

Does paying through MyTNB for TNB utilities bill give us the rebate and the weekly 50 promo?
