Shopee not allow same seller for more than 2 times of same card use.

Do you know when the Shopee will reset if I want to use it the next day? Is it after 12am? As last time I tried after 12am, it's still not allow me to make payment. Please guide.

Hi, may I know how to use this 2 Gateway for payment? Is it like Paybillmalaysia and UOB Payonline?

As when I went to the website, it seems that we need to pay yearly fee for it.
