May i know what is the procedure to request for separate statement for supp card?
Planning to get a supp card while there is gift offers.

u are allow to buy 2 item for each merchant with same cc in 1 day.

If can wait next day to buy another 2 item. or u use another CC

the best way are those have this issue to call bank to check as it is bank do not give the reward.

Lol, I also want to know what reason u want to involve BNM.. Bank has the right to approve or reject n bnm won't be interfere on bank internal procedure unless there is tnc published that as long as ur fulfilled the requirement, they must issue the card to u..

I firmly believes that it is the banks' discretion whether to provide credit facilities to onboarding customers. Banks always in the position of upholding shareholders' best interests by avoiding potential financial losses (i.e. bad and doubtful debt provision) due to oversight of past repayment trends in future predictions.

I was just thinking to know the reason for rejection, since I read before someone who got rejected and got BNM to involve to know the reason. Itu saja.
Of course I know it is up to banks' discretion la.

Anyway, I'm done with PBB. End of Dec 2015 rejected, April 2017 still rejected. That's it, I will not try for the third time anymore. I will not even consider taking up their housing loan in the future. Like my friend in Maybank mortgage said, PBB is unique and has its own way of assessment. I guess she is right.

Gotta find ways to maximise my cash back. Luckily I still have other cards.

Sorry to see they rejected your appeal.
They could have keep certain things in their record.
Just wonder if you printed your ccris report yourself to check?
Anyways, never say never.. come back another time if they have good offers.

has anyone gotten the free kettle for the supplementary card? it has been 3 months yet kettle is no where to be seen
