From what I observed, this chongaroma guy posted in Finance and property sections (IINM) to bump up his/her post count and reclaimed some badges or stars which made people to believe he is a trustable senior member.

im not sure you guys will believe me or not but i once ordered item from leegoal, the china direct supplier. suddenly i saw a review under my name and got verified purchase logo also. im very sure its not me because i would never give 5 star or tell ppl to buy the item, i havent open then packaging yet, still at my condo's guard house

very creepy. after that i dont believe any reviews on china items, unless it is in malay pasar language. thus, i urged for us to use a bit of malay language for proof that its legitly review from us and not the seller's

p/s: some of these china dealers even use malay language but can clearly see it was google translated

Not sure about lazada but 11th street got q&a option whereby seller can reply all our question.

Usually for any product review at lazada, im only prefer by verified user. (But it seems like kenot trust anymore?)

surprisingly not as noisy as i thought. i misplaced my decibel soundmeter. or else, would have been able to measure the compressor noise, which is not as noisy as your normal fridge noise. it's slightly noisier than a minibar compressor.

i've never done it, but you can return to lazada and let them deal with the return shipping.

Just within the protection period.If it is low value item,lazada will let you keep the item and refund to you.
Sometimes if it is shoes/clothes that is fake,they will also let you keep the item.
