i just got RM15 sorry voucher. Chat with them without any voucher
Then they reply my email and gave me the voucher

i mentioned this in my enquiry about cancellation you can try to follow if you want

"You guys simply cancel my order without even saying a word of sorry.
Just because you guys listed the item wrongly so now its my fault that I bought the item using my credit card? My bank will charge me some handling fees for any reversal of payment, will you guys pay me back all those? I am a frequent buyer at lazada, and things like this will keep new buyer away and existing buyer to other platform. At least my item bought from 11street never ever got cancelled!"
