How much did you buy it?
Thing is mine is normal one, fixed to the wall. Not using hose.
Just changed to a new one few weeks earlier and the result is worse than before.
Now looking for another one to replace the current but asking for review first so I won't end up making the same mistake.

if want cheap, use sewing machine oil, expensive a bit use WD-40 oil, will not last long, maybe about 2-3 weeks, need to re-spray or white lithium grease spray onto both the bearings or change the bearing of the fan, see video below... got money to spare, buy new fan better 

Normal, basic ceiling fan? If old one, I bet it is the capacitor.

Just change to a new fan.If there is sentimental issues,repair it.

sure it's easy, see youtube video. you can also find the capacitor value on the side. take photo and ask your neighborhood store for replacement part. Lazada pun ada jual capacitor   and bearing, find the bearing number and match them

Ask why 1st,sometimes they offer sorry code saying they are sorry.Not much explanation from them.
If they don't,ask again in another email.But give them some time,sometimes it takes few days for them to do so.

I bought NC-BG4000 using MOC code. RM271 after discount. Since the previous one lasted for so long, decided to buy another one to try. I dare not buy cheap local ones as my office has one. The rubber part kept deforming and still the same after claiming warranty until it expired.
My old model was NC-PF30P. Actually it behaves quite well until early this year when I followed my parents to Southern Thai for few days. Thought it would be better to turn it off while I was away. It was a bad mistake. When I use it again after the trip ended, it start boiling until the whole kitchen feel like sauna. I turned it off and refill to boil again. It worked ok then. So everytime reboil, I had to monitor if it would stop. One day, I was too tired to monitor and went to sleep after adding water. I only realized it the next day evening when I was trying to make a cup of milo. Luckily the circuit protection still works. Bottom of the barrel was pitch plack.
