got sound, it's the bearing inside the fan....there's 2 bearing need to oil

if want cheap, use sewing machine oil, expensive a bit use WD-40 oil, will not last long, maybe about 2-3 weeks, need to re-spray or white lithium grease spray onto both the bearings or change the bearing of the fan, see video below... got money to spare, buy new fan better

can oil first, if still like that maybe the fan capacitor problem.

one of them is 1 time use only...
