last month lazada captured the maxis code although payment does not make, and they not allowed to let me use the code due their website already captured the code.

they tai chi me asked me to check with maxis, apparently this has nothing to do with them. until today they still force close my ticket and ask me check with maxis, i keep on pressing i'm not satisfied via the email, they keep sending me the same shit..

LEA please look into it, i asked for sorry voucher and you dont give me, i wont close this ticket so easily.

yes, apparently the payment page is failed, but lazada customer service said they captured the voucher, then said will check, who knows, they asked me go n check with maxis.

It's like wanted to max voucher discount but came out to me lesser discount but sometimes there's a max discount and % discount.
It's complicated to count actually for new user.
