if i cancel order and opt for store credit instead of refund, will it need long time to process like refund to bank account/credit card?

Around 2-3 days.Sometimes if you didn't reply their email asking for bank info,they will refund via store credit the next day too.

Last year I have about 10 missing cashback from Lazada. Made the missing reports. And by the end of 90 days investigation period, the money was credited into my account.

The earlier you made the report, the lesser total time to wait.

If you made a report after 2 month, still same 90 days after the report. Means total time is 5 months.

My reports were made at the same time after I realized can make report. So went through all transaction and made the reports at the same time, ranging from 1 week old to almost 3 months old. In the end, received at the same time.


Early this year, I got 2 missing cash. I made the report after 3 days of no show. And very fast, like after 2 weeks, the money is in.
