It was about the malfunction of the rail train for kelena jaya line yesterday night.
The train I ride was stuck from 9pm to 10.30pm and they dont even tell what is the problem, and also action to ease the riders.
You guys may check their facebook Rapid KL, which I saw riders were showing their anger at the page.
What I cant stand is Rapid KL keep having this LRT break down issue, I don't know if they even did serious scheduled maintenance on every trains.
But hell ya dare to increase the fare. LRT is not really cheap thou if compared with other transportation.
Is it writing to SPAD will work?

LRT breakdown issue was never ever mentioned by SPAD.
What I know about SPAD is related to Grab car and Uber.
SPAD has little function thou.
