Dun think so. Their quota is split to 4g only and 4g/3g.
So if ur 4g only quota used up, u still can use 4g...

20GB no expire date one... U finish use = finish.
Have to buy quota
Not monthly renew one...
U can use the 20GB quota for 3000 years above as long as your line is active...
