Anyone encounter the quota loss problem? I have 2 line . Both suppose to have free 1gb hotspot quota but last month when I open the Webe app to check my sis line only have 900mb quota. While mine have 1gb. Pretty sure my sis din't on her hotspot at all . So I waited mine to refresh at 12am. Now its my line only have 900mb and my sis have 1gb quota. Went to live chats for help the ppl keep saying that I have used the 100MB But My hotspot not on also ! ==.
