guys, do we need to make our own request from webe if we have balance after terminating the account? I though it will be automatically refunded within 90days??

p/s: just spoke to the CS chat and he mentioned that i need to put a request to get refunded... is this true?? doh.gif only to know after 100days vmad.gif
