Webe throttles the youtube streaming speed to 480P only. If you wish you watch HD in your phone, it will not run smoothly. That's why they can provide you the unlimited usage.
I travel many areas in Malaysia, the Webe speed really cannot match up with the main telco players in Malaysia.
Moreover, I still cannot receive some of the sms 5 digits shortcode. When I ask the customer service, they can only answer me they are still new in the market and ask them when they will support, they cannot answer at all.

I saw Webe got 4G+ when I passed by their Menara TM building along the federal highway. However, when I do the speedtest during that time. The speed totally doesn't amaze me. Just 4G+ showing, but edge speed.
