Some mentioned using vpn to bypass YouTube speed.
Tested many premium vpn but cannot pass 1Mbps or 150 KBps based on Speedtest results as well. Clearly the speedometer can reach more but seems like restricted (suddenly dropped) (Aware of webe tnc) |
