Anyone using Steam? is webe SMS also does not work with Steam?

Not sure how you manage to force them to actually solve it for you, this is me trying to report the problem and the support just say webe does not support steam and done, easy job....

the support did not ask what is Steam and mentioned "Steam Apps", so i would assume she know what Steam is, then i tried the same for another MMO game when i port in around January 2017, gave them the SMS number, mentioned SMS from bank also slow, took them few weeks and come back to me, same answer WEBE cannot support those SMS.

I do not want to beg them to fix their own problem, waiting for other telco and port out as soon as possible. Which already subscribed Digi infinite 150 to replace my tablet internet, now can even shared internet to multiple devices speed up to 13MB/s, view youtube 720p smoothly.
