I wanted to move out soon, but i want to know the bottom of their services and what caused this problem.
im still with webe , week 2 of complaint already. my customers are using whatapps to contact me now. their data was fine. just that they couldn't called me .
*
webe call forward to celcom system. for whatever reason webe fail transfer call to celcom insted said number not in service.
the good part is webe dont have voice mail. if not your caller credit eaten by webe.

502 153 could be band 5 also.

yeah i think so.
502 153 band 5, 38, 40 built by webe itself.
502 11 built by tmgo before webe was born.

QUOTE(DoctorMonkey @ May 27 2017, 12:45 AM)
Will the webe broadband SIM work with any device that supports band 5 38/40? Cuz im on the OnePlus 3T and wondering if the SIM will work with that phone as it's not listed as a supported device sad.gif

And one more thing, i checked the coverage and somehow i dont know if webe hates me or what, neighbours 3 or 4 houses (both left and right) away are covered, we (houses in this 50metre radius) are like an island in the middle of the ocean of webe broadband coverage. So i need to ask will webe broadband work outside of coverage area?

If you're wondeirng how the coverage map looks like:

xxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxx
xxx00xxx
xxx00xxx
xxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxx
x - covered
0 - no coverage (my house is in here)
*
if can detect 50211 / 502153 every time doing manual scan indoor, u place under coverage.
my place can get coverage even outside coverage zone map. LTE Band 5 5km from tower signal is ok as long tower not congested smile.gif

I was thinking to subscribe webe broadband but digi fight back with biG Bonus add-on RM30 for 35GB promo.

The speed is unstable. But reception is always good. If u r always on the move. That will having problem like no data connection in kampong area.
As i tested in selangor NS mlk n johor. The data is from 0.3 mega bit speed to 60mbps so far. Rarely get 60mbps. So i think i will go back to my ex network.. webe is too weak
*
LTE band 5 problem. Limited bandwidth sharing with too many user.
60mbps is LTE band 38/40. Good speed but very small coverage 1km+ only from tower.
