What's wrong with customer airing their difficulties? Whether it's technically issue or server or host or whatever, it's telco job handle it. They have their equal chance to explain.
On the other hand, even telco updating with the latest tech, new problem will arise including slow speed. Customer will therefore complain again. It'll just keeps on continuing the same cycle. This is also the only way telco will improve and constantly update their system. If u can't handle the complain, then don't get into service industry.
