guys, do we need to make our own request from webe if we have balance after terminating the account? I though it will be automatically refunded within 90days??

p/s: just spoke to the CS chat and he mentioned that i need to put a request to get refunded... is this true??    only to know after 100days 

hi did anyone here using WEBE in Melaka?and android user?currently being using WEBE and yet even in the town no 4G shown in my mobile. im using p9 anyway.

edit : and is anyone know how much will i be charge if i port out from webe just after few days i port in?
