1) SKMM will tell WEBE to investigate your case
2) WEBE tell u to make case report (to 'investigate account') & to wait for 3 working days
3) Then, you'll get this excuse

4) Again and again... Poooof.. NOTHING happen

Sent case since 15 JUNE... until now I dont get any feedback email..

Yes.. still suspended..I dont want to make surat sumpah
Wanna try if Webe reactivate my account but seems impossible..
Maybe next week want terminate...

I thought after send case report to webe, they will truly investigate my account
But nothing happen...
Digi 150 too expensive for me...

Webe's logic:
- whether you right or wrong, need surat sumpah to reactivate account...
