Some users has complained their accounts was suspended for this reason. Wonder those who using other tricks got suspended too.

I believe webe have the right to suspend since those use in USB modem will usually leave it on almost 24hour...webe are not stupid lo.
Maybe that why reason.

Probably detect by IMEI, like the early days when they check for 'compatible' device for billing discount before they allowed other phones to use the sim

my 2nd day on WEBE.. at work (bayan lepas area), getting download/upload <1mb.. at home (sbrg jaya area) getting 1-2mb download/upload speed.. never seen "LTE" appear but coverage online say the areas im in has LTE coverage.. almost equal to not having line.. just enough for whatsapp n emails.. not even video streaming on IG/FB is smooth

They have to do it this way because they don't want their home fixed broadband to be marginalised. I guess the ideal for TM is that everyone subscribes its Unifi at home and webe for every family member on the go. Greedy huh...
