After ported out to other Telco, please take note of 30 days "cooling period" imposed by the other Telco. Some Telco allows "change of ownership" within this 30 days cooling period. Majority don't allow change of ownership within the cooling period. Once cooling period is over and change of ownership is granted, then only can port in back to webe-M.
You may try to lodge official report to MCMC regarding "cooling period" and webe's poor in change of ownership procedure within its system. If other Telco can do it, why webe can't?
