Hi, I just installed ID Frostflow 120 and proceed to OC my 6600K. before this been using air cooling. I set to 4.5ghz and run burntest the temperature max is 100C. and then i reduce to 4.0Ghz and getting max 87C. Is that normal? Now the idle temperature is 40-50C.

Normal. Low-end AIO like that one isn't made to handle high-clocked CPU.

Getting Started

Too many factors could cause your high readings...
Try to reseat your AIO again. Or if you just install like few hours ago, best wait 2 to 3 days for the paste to settle in lah.
Or try a better liquid metal thermal paste... could probably bring it down by 5'c during test and at idle.
Lastly, your Vcore lower it a bit by bit... i feel a bit on the high side

I position my radiator in front since that the only place supported by my casing. Should i change the top fans to exhaust instead of intake? Im worry since mobo and gpu temp a bit mild

Has to let mobo auto adjust only it will boot

Anyone expecting single radiator AIO to handle OC is dreaming, it can't handle such clocks and voltage to well. The only one that I know that can handle better would be like Cooler Master Nepton 120XL as it has thicker rads. As for your setup, intake is fine. Don't have to worry about motherboard area.
