Maybe you can walk to de tropicana first then only cross the Jalan Kuchai Lama.
Do note that pedestrian walkway are limited. I also don't think it is safe to walk from leafz to the kuchai lama mrt station. |

Almost all developers use different entities for each project... technically, if one project got problem, the others wont be affected. But fundamentally, if any one of it got problem, probably the company as whole is having issue.
