Something I feel weird,
On developer's view point, If this community project (in this case, wip) forseen to be sold like hot cake, Why they still appointing an agent to push for the sales. As we all know, nowadays developer's will not be able to make much money from wip, Still have budget to appoint third parties to push the sales? Since it's look to be too good and very near to upcoming mrt line2.. |

Thanks for your clarification on "very hot" RumahWIP developers.You are right, some famous developer are still putting effort to INVEST on their sales team (except BJ) and see their own sales team as asset rather then disposable HR. However, they also start allow agent (the external people) selling their property - just some in the formal way and some is not.. If you ask agent again, they might say getting know this info from developer, then when you call developer to confirm - they will say no such thing... (But in fact, they might did told the agent on this) Something new to me.... |
