i think you dont really need a class for that purpose (if its just to buy your first). Anyone who has bought one recently can tell you everything that you need to know. Maybe ask the questions here so I / we can help?

Actually I been doing my homework for quite awhile. I already got answers for my questions, just need it to be confirmed hehe. Just wondering if there have classes out there for first house buyers like me, so we could share and learn together!

its not even worth to open those classes for you to attend... the forum is the best platform for you... provided you know to filter our the negativity... i doubt anyone here who bought their first property... they went and attended some classes before they buy... lol

Hi, i recently plan to buy a house. I have this important question : let say i cant afford to continue paying the housing loan in future, is it possible for me to sell the house to pay off the housing loan plus earning? My concern is my house will worth 500+k. Based on the monthly installment, the total of loan repayment will be 1mil. Does this mean i need to sell the house above 1 mil in order to cover the loan and earn the balance, if any?

I hardly ever see seminars about learning to purchase 1st property. Anyway, ask your questions here.

Even you're not a property agents, this class is open for public, recognized by LPPEH. But course fee is around RM650. http://www.miea.com.my/faq/ncc
