Hi all,

Do we have any property seminar/class available in KL?
Perhaps free or beginner classes.

Not going to learn how to be a property investor but just a first house buyer want to learn more before purchase my first property.

i think you dont really need a class for that purpose (if its just to buy your first). Anyone who has bought one recently can tell you everything that you need to know. Maybe ask the questions here so I / we can help?

Thanks for your kind offer bro southminor!
Actually I been doing my homework for quite awhile.

I already got answers for my questions, just need it to be confirmed hehe.

Just wondering if there have classes out there for first house buyers like me,
so we could share and learn together!

its not even worth to open those classes for you to attend... the forum is the best platform for you... provided you know to filter our the negativity... i doubt anyone here who bought their first property... they went and attended some classes before they buy... lol

those classes more often than not have hidden agenda to promote property which serves the speaker/organizer's interests.

if you're around PJ area we can meet up for a few beers I'm more than happy to answer your questions.

Hi, i recently plan to buy a house. I have this important question : let say i cant afford to continue paying the housing loan in future, is it possible for me to sell the house to pay off the housing loan plus earning? My concern is my house will worth 500+k. Based on the monthly installment, the total of loan repayment will be 1mil. Does this mean i need to sell the house above 1 mil in order to cover the loan and earn the balance, if any?

Most of the seminars are about investing. I hardly ever see seminars about learning to purchase 1st property.

Anyway, ask your questions here.

selling house is equivalent to early settlement.... when u sold your house... the money will first use to clear off all the principal amounts... interest accrued on a daily basis... hence u only pay those interest accrued but nt paid yet only... its not like HP u have to pay off the full interest even u sold your car...

having said that... if you stay in your house for 10 years or more... u already paid alot of the interest to bank already for the first 10 years....

Even you're not a property agents, this class is open for public, recognized by LPPEH. But course fee is around RM650.
