Having 1 photographer & 1 videographer for each side (bride & groom) is the best.
I wonder do we really so many of them?

It also depend on space, Is your location big or medium., you cannot cramp
4 or 6 person shooting pics & video. You should decide which is
your priority. Photo or video. or else 2 teams will be fighting for space to shoot.
And they will be blocking each other.
