Are you thinking of using CCTV / port forwarding with it?

Dynamic IP is different from public/private IP. Dynamic IP is defined as IP address that constantly changes over time. It is usually okay if you are using Unifi, or Maxis Fibre, or even Time, as you can just assign a dynamic DNS service that keeps track of the changes in IP address. However, I am very sure that Webe is using private IP and using NAT so you are out of luck if you want to use it for CCTV, as you can’t port forward with a private IP.

It's NAT'ed. IPv4 is getting lesser by the day. until our ISP moved to ipv6 fully, it will be nat'ed all the way. Unless you want to pay more for Fixed IP i.e. Unifi.
