You can pay Chinese farmer to lvling for you... I think they have a 11~12 day package...
u get a lvl 60 char with 1 tradeskill of lvl 300... but I'm not sure about post BC cost I didn't hear from them anymore.  |

I don't really agree with buying a char, I wouldn't do that too.... it's not fair to the others who leveled with their own time and effort. Like this anyone with no skill/time to play but got the money can get high level char.
