Just want to share my experience dealing with nicety:
Bought Minix from him, and of course from time to time some apps couldn't work anymore due to new updates and all.
Though I am quite computer literate, this TV box thing and Android OS is driving me nuts, no idea how to install or unzip a file. But nicety was able to provide very good customer after sales service, guiding me thru every steps to resolve the problem. He is very patient, and I can sense that he cares a lot about his customer's experience on Minix, following thru to make sure all problems are resolved. Hats off to you for the great customer after sales service.
