Try Mudfish. I got Oceania realms down to 110ms or so.

Quite easy for me. There are two different method but pay by usage is the better option for mmorpg players. I have only top up USD3.00 once, used it few months ago for several days during the same lag period, and still have USD2.70+ left. MMOrpg data usage is not really that much. And USD3.00 gives you like 30Gb of data quota. Unless you turn it into VPN, only WOW data usage is counted towards the usage.

You can always give it a try, it will give you USD0.07 worth of usage during trial period, which should be good for quite a few hours.

1. after you login, by default you should be in dash board mode
2. go to item menu and choose World of Warcraft to equip it
3. click on the World of Warcraft item will open another screen for you to configure. click on setup.
4. from setup screen, you need to set your server location. For Oceania realms, just choose Oceania.
5. From the Node option, you can let it auto select, or choose a specific node. In general auto select is fine it will determine for you. Choose basic mode, don't need to use Advanced.
6. Turn on active status, and then click Save.
7. Go back to dash board screen.
8. Run WOW, your ping should decrease as Mudfish take over the routing for your game packets.

by the way, if you decide to top up, remember it will charge you sales tax by default. But you can type in request to ask for tax refund since we are Malaysian so not subject to their tax laws. The refund won't happen immediately. But someone will eventually respond and add extra credit back to your balance. As of now due to refund I have actually USD2.97 in the balance.

Overwatch is one of the available item in Mudfish. You can always register an account and use the trial credit worth of USD0.07. It should be good for at least a few hours of playtime. I don't have Overwatch so cannot comment on the improvement.

Yes there was a tax being charged. From the dash box there is a comment box in the lower right corner, just type in your request for tax refund and someone will eventually get to it. But I am not sure how they make a refund for you for monthly sub though. For pay-per-traffic they simply adjust your usage quota to add back the equivalent usage amount.

You can see others have done the same:

Anyone got call TM to complain about this? The last time I have this issue I gave them a call and got useless replies telling me to lower my in game setting & change my wifi password, like those got anything to do with routing.

All use vpn la , I use mainly mud fish for wow, heroes of the storm and overwatch.

From 350 ping to 120ping, sometime go 100 ping lower. And when playing overwatch from 250ms to 10 ping.

Damn worth the money, plus the credit I only reload every 4 month for usd3. Just make sure to close vpn if u finish playing games. Also, I think overwatch eats a lot of traffic, I played non-stop for a month, 14gb gone lior, but if u play wow, it will take like at least half year to finish it.

Also make sure ur comp don't have malware ar and other background running. Make sure ur pc or laptop dedicated for gaming. Use other thing for ur entertainment/work

If I watch youtube while play WoW, does it cost the bandwidth? Or it is possible to only let WoW use the VPN?

The software is configured to only route the items (games) you have equipped. So watching youtube won't use up any bandwidth. Only WoW does. I have only topped up USD3.00 once, and until now I have like at least 80% quota still available. I only use the connection during the congested period when the ping became unplayable though, which have happened a few times since. Compare to WTFast which I have used before, this service is definitely cheaper.
