Because they did not check port availability first only contact customer
For ne, normally I will check the coverage and port availability so that wont waste everyone punya time

UNIFI lite seems many forumers interested, only a day more than 30 forumers already PMed me

TM must have some new products to encourage existing Streamyx users at HSBB & SUBB areas to convert to Unifi. Then they can remove the copper network as running dual systems (PSTN copper and IP Fibre) is not productive and could be costly in maintaining old and obsolete system. TM could anytime launch ADSL2+ 10/16/21mbps (using existing copper lines) but it never happens, they go for VDSL2/FTTH instead. They will have to switch off Streamyx when ADSL technology is dead.

i subscribed 8mbps rm140 last two weeks. If lets say next month, got unifi lite 10mbps rm129 at my area, can i switch to unifi lite? my contract haven expired. unifi lite i mean here is for streamyx user.

I think its because the demand is so much higher than supply, so hv to wait for port. No issue at all in my taman as it is already covered by HSBB project since 2012/2013 and they already rectified any initial deployment issue. TM gt tell u hv how long to wait for a port?

same here, i just wanna know whether my area got unifi lite. and she kept saying go Tmpoint, Cs cannot check. ask her got unifi she said go tmpoint, CS cannot check. everything TMpoint.

why is it so hard to provide a speed of 10/20 mbps to citizens outside KL/Selangor area? we are not demanding super fast internet, why are we still stuck with 1/2/4/8 mbps? its now 2017. don need say hk, sg, japan but go and see vietnam, india and thailand, their internet way faster than us. serious joke.

if no port, u can ask the technician to open port for u cause u oredi have coverage. if u don mind, where are u from?

my port also full.. ding dong ding dong 25 May.. 2016.. Hope complete by that time.. total duration 1 month lol..    

The clerk also headache because unifi lite promo only  last this month.

to add port is something not going to happen so fast unless there are numerous requests from the same specific area of users requested together. Else they dun normally add ports.

Each street there will be boxes that are shared specific units near the box, typically one box can support 8 sign ups. If tm tells u that ur area is full, it actually refers to box where they pull cable from to ur house for connectivity.

If anyone here still faced rejection from TM due to whatever donkey reasons/drama,
please seek diff agents to get things done for you.
Not all agents are same,
Some just collecting basic info,
but some have higher privilege and they can bypass lots of waiting games & stupid procedures.

How to get unifi lite RM129 ? I see new cabinet 500M from my house, but TM said there are no unifi lite in my area.

I am not sure is your agent help you to pass your issue to technical team or not. For your area, I know the direct person-incharge for it.
