Some more info from live chat, download 10Mbps upload 5Mbps, LOL they definitely can't achieve this with current ADSL2+.

Edit: They say it's VDSL and FTTH, so strange with these new techs introduced and still no UniFi.

If you look purely from the stats, quite a number of us can get even 20Mbps of download speed and 1Mbps (ADSL2+ bottleneck) of upload which TM doesn't want to offer. UniFi Lite support depends on whether your local cabinet supports it, and the most importantly, whether TM wants to offer it.

OIC...means my cabinet can only handle max 20mb download and 1mb upload right? okay then...I just wanna make sure before I make pointless move wasting my time going to TM Point or Agents applying for unifi end up hearing that my cabinet did not support it...

Yes, but that's the case for ADSL2+ only, so that doesn't mean your cabinet doesn't support VDSL and UniFi Lite is unavailable. Please do check with an agent or your local TM Point to confirm, or just contact their Facebook/Twitter/Call 100 sales department since only them have the exact list.
