if vdsl yes you need to change router to support vdsl. for apartment it depend on management. old unit normally use copper. for sure vdsl

Just take the rm179 promo better if you want faster speed.

Can we use a HyppTV set top box sold online to use with Unifi Lite's HyppTV package?

My area connected to VC cabinet but still can't subscribe to Unifi Lite due to old cable to houses. My snr margin reading just 19.2dB. The tm technician said the area must get 30dB above so it can support 10mb. Sad lah tm didn't upgrade

Are you sure? How? I want the RM179 offer but I think it's too late. TM says it's starting from RM199 now.

What's your current package right now? My current SNR with 10Mbps port opened are 25dB. Attenuation 11dB. BTW, I'm using 8Mbps.

Just went to TM Point this morning to subscribe.Unfortunately,they said that the package can't be subscribe yet due to no official news coming from the HQ itself.I already told them that the package had been released on 15 April 2017 and still they won't believe me until they hear the announcement themself.Btw,they also said that my area does not have it yet but I told them that the HQ said that my area is already been covered.I confirmed once more with their Twitter and their Twitter said that my address is ready for Unifi and my address is already in the system.Their Twitter later gave me some weird answer that makes me confusing and still want me to refer to TM Point.I already told them that TM Point can't help me due to them not know that the package can be subscribe already.Both of them are hopeless.Now I'm getting depress because of this.

Hahaha Digi at my area is 4G but the speed is hopeless..U Mobile is better here in my opinion.
