Go outside and check the Infra,If the infra shows this code VC,BV,V,B..Then that's your cabinet..Pick the infra code and locate your cabinet..That's it.

Anybody managed to sign up yet? TM is completely unprepared for this. Somebody leaked the info and details out before everybody is briefed. Even the replies from their CS are inconsistent

TM don't want people to subscribe coz their focus actually on UNIFI 30/50/100

I am still waiting for my thank you surprise upgrade from VIP5 to 10. So, is it confirmed that all the upgrade will be to UnifiLite? If so, can I opt out of Voice std 20 and only pay RM129 or is it for new subscription only?

can the existing infrastructure for streamyx 4mbps and 8mbps support this unifi lite?

as far as i know my area got 8mbps but no unifi yet,

i have already ask tm on twitter and I was told that my area doesnt support unifi lite 10...

today is 19th and still no one able to register in every approach yet.

Check your connected street cabinet. If the coding is VB or VC, it's likely VDSL-enabled MSAN which supposedly support Unifi-Lite. If the coding is F, R or V, then your max speed will be limited to 8mb. They will upgrade soon, but you know TM lah, soon can be mean within 10-20 years from now

I just think positive right now, I'm paying RM150 (with GST) for 8mbps but at least I got free unlimited call to TM fixed line as well as basic hypptv channel albeit I didn't use that facilities at all.

my area is under Unifi HSBB still have ports availability,
and all the bloody staff tell me Unifi Lite not available.
what fckin criteria they're offering the package to exactly??

in that sense, they are not allowing it in term of business.they want you to go for 30Mbps first.

Or they want to sell to targeted area first.
