meaning? base like old port concept..  ? or  if more people have unifi that area will not offer if less offer?

I just made a complaint to the MCMC by asking TM when they want to do the infrastructure upgrade around my area to support the VDSL2 card at the roadside cabinet. Let's see how it goes....
From what I see now, I will stuck at 8Mbps forever......

This the cabinet where I was connected, at the front of my residential area. Max 8Mbps.

New cabinet with VC code that supposed to be "Unifi Lite-Able". The distance between my residential area with these two cabinets just around 1-2KM each other.

Check from CS TM also no coverage..as i suspect this unifi lite only for fibre coverage area

TAD has a lot of limitations. If you stay in K.L or Cheras, you should go to TM Point at Ampang.

But they say my cabl e is old need to replace it 1st,which will be done by TM in 20 years only if its profitable enough for them to replace it

how do u know the kabinet code define which type of BB support? mine VB code.. only shitmix 8mb.. ask them livechat/fb/tmconnect) 3-4 times.. same answers.. my area didnt cover 

i went to TMPOINT SP wednesday n ask for the uni5 lite but the staff there just duuno anything about it .

Referring to the e-mail dated 22nd April 2017 on UniFi Lite inquiry.

Upon checking in the system, please noted that UniFi Lite offered to the customer in SUBB area only. SUBB is referring to the area which TM has enhanced it's network infrastructure from exchange to the cabinet. We have checked again your address and found that your address is currently available for UniFi service under HSBB area (High-Speed Broadband). The minimum speed under HSBB area is 30Mbps which is UniFi Advance.

For your reference, SUBB and HSBB are using different technologies, so the service offered in the area may not be the same. Therefore, the customer in HSBB area is not eligible to subscribe to UniFi Lite package.

At this moments, UniFi Lite is yet open to the public. However, any new product launch will be announced in TM official website. You may check other UniFi offering packages and latest promotion https://www.tm.com.my/Pages/Home.aspx

how to know which area is under SUBB aside from calling them? got any list or map? i called tm point my area, and they say they dono about unifi 10mbps

don't know la why the hell they pull a non-transparent promo.
so secretive for wat..
the current promo also ended at 31st May
wondering if the price structure change after 31st May?

Guys if you check with customer support I suggest double checking in tm point if area is covered. On live chat they said my area doesn't cover but told me to double check. I've checked at tm point, it I see covered.

Guys, my area support 8mbps but no unifi coverage. Agent check says my area no unifi lite support as per on the list. TM hotline asked me to register interest with TMpoint so they will check whether my area suppork ma... so conclusion is?
