Whoever do MNP/port in to Digi, please activate the SIM Card via https://store.digi.com.my/storefront/mnp-activate.ep

You need to click the "I've received the SIM", only they will proceed for the MNP. Then need to wait for the SMS for the port out confirmation.

DiGi is stupid idiot for not putting this instruction in the mail together with the Sim card.
*
yes, agreed. Or else I could activate the SIM Card yesterday after I had received it. Most probably I will get port-in by today.

My port in from Maxis Postpaid to Digi Prepaid has done just now. I applied the port out from Maxis yesterday. But my port in to INFINITE150 not yet done. Damn!!!

Spread the news so that people won't just wait for nothing.

I paid RM318 on Friday last week and until now I still waiting for uMobile to approve. WTF
*
haha...They are not gentleman.

Maxis is better than UMobile. They release me quite fast, although they tried to offer me a FREE Samsung J5 with 2 years contract.

I'm subscribing to a new line, just got my sim card, am not stuck on what to do...
*
I have no idea about new line. Maybe you need to track to make sure they know you already received the SIM. I think they won't activate the service as long as they don't think you had received it.

Hey guys....I was thought that digi line is BAD. Because it give me laggy game in dota 2 although the download speed is 5mbps....but I was wrong....this is because i was using OPPO A37 to do the tethering....

After I read the thread here about the comparison between Mi and P9pro...I change my digi sim card to my iPhone 6s....

The download speed is at least 16Mbps and the ping for dota 2 is very good....Now there is no lag/delay at all for dota 2 gaming under Digi data internet...my subscription is INIFITE150....

Really thanks to Digi la....So sorry for misunderstand to digi all the while...LOL

p/s: my area has LTE-A coverage

Yeah good for you, but i150 + LTE-A zonewith only 5mbps?  bruce.gif  bruce.gif

Your area must be congested af or really far from tower  rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif

because my Oppo A37 do not support LTE-A....only LTE...I think the chipset also not that advanced as iPhone 6s. The 5Mbps is from my Oppo A37...but not my iPhone 6s. When I change the sim card to my iPhone 6s, everything is smooth now....device does matter lah...

After I changed my sim card to my iPhone 6s...the download speed i get is at least 16Mbps...I can play dota and stream youtube without problem....

Anybody knows if I can sign up for Infinite 150 with one data supplementary line. Ie pay RM 150 + 10 +10 = RM170 per month? Because on their website, it said

"Yes, you can register up to maximum 6 supplementary lines under the new Digi Postpaid Infinite plan."
*
The total data can share is 5GB only. So if you have extra 2 devices, each of them can get 2.5GB or 2GB/3GB or 1GB/4GB.

I see. I can't find it anywhere on Digi website. Thanks anyway.

THis one need to call them and ask. The supp line is RM38 or RM28/month for each line + RM10 to share the 5GB data.
