Anybody knows whether the Digi IDD Internet Club speed is sufficient for Uber / Grab apps when on the move?

Guys, is Digi IDD Internet Club speed too slow for loading Uber?
I find it is good for Whatsapp and Wechat. But for Uber, it stuck at the login screen. I haven't waited long enough to find out how usable it is. |
